To terminate the agreement with the existing agency, it is necessary for you as the investor to provide written notice. Typically, a notice period of 30 days is required, but this can be negotiated based on the status of your current contract or the departure of a tenant. The notice should include a reference to Wemark Real Estate as the new managing agency. Fortunately, we have already prepared a template letter for you to use.
