What we do
Land, build, sell — and report on all three
Strategic land acquisition in high-growth areas, professional construction and project management on top of it, and transparent reporting with regular investor updates while it runs. The three are one service, not three suppliers you have to coordinate.

From a block of land to a settled home
- 01
Land acquisition
Sites are bought in high-growth South Australian corridors, on the numbers rather than on the view.
- 02
Design & planning
Homes are designed for the buyer the suburb actually has, and taken through council approval.
- 03
Construction management
Builders are engaged and supervised to a fixed programme, with the build tracked stage by stage.
- 04
Marketing & sales
Completed homes go to market through the same Wemark sales team as the rest of the agency.
- 05
Final delivery
Settlement, handover and the investor's return, reported in full at the close of the project.

Expertise
Development, analysis and the relationship after it
Project management, investment analysis, property development, portfolio growth, risk management and investor relations — the six things a development has to get right, held by one team rather than split across a builder, a broker and an agent.
Meet the teamInvestor questions
Who invests in a Wemark project?
Investors who want exposure to residential development without running one themselves — self-managed super funds, individual investors building a portfolio, and people who have sold a property and are deciding what to do next. There is no single profile, which is why the first conversation is about what you are trying to achieve rather than about a product.
What is the minimum investment?
It depends on the project and on how it is structured, so there is no single figure to quote. Book a consultation and we will tell you what the current release requires before you commit to anything.
How long does a project run?
From land acquisition to final delivery, a project runs through the five stages set out above — acquisition, design and planning, construction management, marketing and sales, and settlement. The programme for each release is set at the start and reported against as it moves.
Where does Wemark Projects focus?
South Australia, in the growth corridors around metropolitan Adelaide. Land is acquired where the demand is measurable rather than anticipated, which is the part of the process that decides the return.
