Renting a home

Every rental on this page is managed by Wemark and comes straight from our live system, so it is genuinely available when it shows. We manage more than 600 homes across Adelaide, from the northern suburbs to the city and the south, and most are leased within a week of going live, so if one suits you, apply early.
Use the filters to narrow by suburb, weekly rent and bedrooms, or open a listing for the photos and inspection times. Once you are a Wemark tenant, repairs are reported online through our maintenance page and your property manager replies within four business hours.
- How do I apply for a rental?
- Find the property on realestate.com.au and tap Apply. Applications run through Ignite, take about ten minutes, and one application covers any Wemark property you are interested in.
- How much is the bond?
- In South Australia the bond is up to four weeks’ rent for homes renting at $800 a week or less, and up to six weeks above that. It is lodged with Consumer and Business Services, not held by us, and returned at the end of the tenancy less any agreed deductions.
- How often are rentals inspected?
- Routine inspections happen three to four times a year, with written notice each time. You receive the same photo and 360° report the owner does.
- What happens if something breaks?
- Report it on our maintenance page, with photos, at any hour. Urgent repairs are called through straight away; the rest are quoted and booked with you.
