• The IP address the enquiry was sent from.
• Your browser’s user agent, being the identifying string your browser reports about itself and the device it is running on.
• The referring web address, where your browser supplies one, being the page you followed a link from.
• The web address and page title of the page the form was submitted from, together with any campaign parameters carried in that web address (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term and utm_content).
• The date and time of the submission.

  We record this information for two reasons. The IP address is used to limit repeated submissions from the same source, so that our enquiry forms are not used to send automated or nuisance messages. The web address, page title, referring address and campaign parameters tell us which page of this website an enquiry was made from, so that we can respond to it in context.

This technical information is not collected when you browse this website without submitting a form.

We use Google Analytics to understand how this website is used: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and which pages lead to an enquiry. Google sets cookies for this purpose (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier) and processes the data on our behalf under Google's privacy policy. The reports we see are aggregated and do not identify you, and Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses. When we record that an enquiry was made, we send Google only the type of enquiry, never your name, contact details or address. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies for this site. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies.

Separately, when you arrive, your browser stores on your own device, in its session storage, the first page you landed on, the domain name of the website that referred you, and any campaign parameters carried in the address. That information stays on your device for the length of your visit and is not sent to us unless you submit an enquiry form, in which case it is included with that enquiry so that we know which page produced it.

We also keep a count of the enquiries this website produces, so that we can tell whether it is working. Each record holds the type of enquiry, the form used, the page it came from, the page the visit started on and the referring domain. It holds no name, email address, telephone number or property address, and it cannot be used to identify you. These counts are kept for thirteen months and are then deleted automatically.

Website Assistant

This website includes an automated assistant ("Maya"). Anything you type into the assistant, together with any photos or videos you attach, is processed by our technology service providers to generate the assistant's responses and, where you ask us to act — for example reporting a maintenance issue or requesting a call — is sent to the relevant member of our team by email.
