Northgate sits about nine kilometres north of the city in the City of Port Adelaide Enfield, three kilometres from our office in Blair Athol. It is one of Adelaide’s younger suburbs, established in 2000 on land that had been part of Northfield, and until 2016 it also took in much of what is now Lightsview.
Northgate Village, on the corner of Fosters Road and Folland Avenue, has a Woolworths and specialty shops, and Cedar College is in the suburb. Grand Junction Road and Fosters Road carry the buses, and Main North Road and Hampstead Road are both close by.
